The Co-MATRiX 457 provides a well balanced
combination of power, sensitivity and performance in one award winning
series of rods. Truely innovative, each Co-MATRiX rod evolves from
the integration of two separate and distinctively different manufacturing
processes. Filament winding, which is used in the lower section of
the rod to provide maximim hook set and castability and our proprietary
Multi Modulus tip section, designed to provide the ultimate combination
of lure presentation, rod control and sensitivity. Also featured on
each Co-MATRiX rod is our superbly designed "Comfort Grip"
which combines Hypalon and high quality Portuguese cork into what
has been said to be the most comfortable grip ever to grace a fishing
rod. A removeable Nylon cap allows weight to be added to the butt
for precise balancing to ones personal specifications. Sensitivity
is kicked up a notch through the use of Fuji Hardloy guides at "Concept"
spacing. Add a Fuji ECSM graphite filled Nylon 6 reel seat and you
have a rod to be reckoned with by any fish that swims. Awesome! Killer backbone but a soft tip..perfect
