	Here's two videos on throwing a cast net. The first video is from a front angle with audio explanation on setting up the cast net and throwing the cast net. The second video is just an angle from the rear showing a cast net being thrown. Both cast nets in the videos are Calusa Cracker cast nets that are 10 foot, 1/2 inch mesh.
